The first half of 2026 real estate taxes, trash disposal assessments, and emergency medical fees is due June 15, 2026. After that date, a 2% penalty will be assessed through June 30. Starting July 1, 2026, the penalty will increase to 10% and interest will accrue at 10% annual percentage rate.
