Communications Officer
Highland County Sheriff’s office is seeking part-time Communication Officers to work in the E911 Communications Center.
The preferred candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED. The preferred candidate must also possess a valid driver’s license; have reliable transportation and no criminal record. This position requires the individual to take incoming emergency and non-emergency calls for the sheriff’s office, fire, rescue, and other collaborating agencies.
